We install drywall ceilings. Our method involves removing plaster and lath from the existing ceiling. Installing a new 2"x4" wood stud framed ceiling support by steel metal track. We anchor our frames to the structural roof rafters above. Our objective is to build our ceilings to last as long as the original ceiling being removed. We tape, finish and sand our ceilings with attention  to seam detail and apply a combination primer and finish paint as our primer. We find that a flat finish paint is more receptive to the final finish coats. We have always used MAB paint products; now Sherwin-Williams, we maintain our relationship with a high quality paint product provider. Fixture by owner. We inspect roofs after installation. We find potential problem areas and direct roofing contractors to make appropriate adjustments. Must roofing contractors are very thorough at what they do; however, there are times when things get missed. If you have a new roof and believe it needs to be inspected, call us.
