CONTRACTING                                                                       We generally contract under the following platforms. 1.       General Construction Manger (GCM) In this arrangement projects are larger and require multi-trade disciplines to be successfully completed. Acting as the GCM, we contract with the owner for oversight and trade management for the project. The contract method is a negotiated “ Not to Exceed Specific Sum “ contract  between the GCM and the Owner. Based on the negotiated “Not to Exceed Specific Sum” contract, the GCM bids and negotiates with subcontractors.
