Home and Property Ownership

In talking to people about homeownership, I realized that people just don't know how to get started or what to do if they run into an obstacle during the process and as such I've heard horror story after horror story. This also holds true for people who already own property where the property is under utilitized. As a result, I have decided to dedicate a series of articles around a variety of issues pretaining to the subject of first time home buying. I will post public links I think useful to issues that are common to the process of becoming a first time home buyer. For the existing property owner, issues and questions are more specific; how can I get more money out of my property?, should I sell or should I hold and renovate?
