Complete demolition, removal and haul away of all existing kitchen fixtures including metal cabinets, sink, countertops and appliances. Rough frame cabinet walls along entire lengths. rough- in electrical and plumbing for new placement. Drywall taping, taping finishing and paint. Tongue and groove laminate flooring with threshold terminations. Cabinet delivery and installation with crown mo;ding trim. Custom countertop template and installation. Sink installation and plumbing connection. Electrical kitchen only circuits with countertop GFI's. Direct side wall venting of under cabinet microwave. Testing of all appliances and final cleaning.
