Architectural project design proposal is under review by owner.  Project is scheduled for completion by November 2011. Project contains 2 additions one at 18'x20' and one at 10'x13' with a center landscaped courtyard. Scissor truss roof construction with 2"x6" perimeter bearing walls. Contractors interested in bidding on the full project should contact the construction manager at 215-395-6220 for details. Anticipated completion of architectural construction documents is August 2011.

Electric hot water heater installations should be installed by a  qualified plumber and electrician.  Electric hot water tanks should be set on blocks to raise them above the floor. When using Pex water supply lines, connections to the hot water tank should be made in copper.
