Project 4952011 - Styles Seafood Takeout Restaurant- Philadelphia

On May 16th the Francisville CDC in Philadelphia voted to accept our design solution for the Styles Seafood Take Out Restaurant. The Community voted 30 to 5 in favor of the design and agreed to allow a change in use variance for project. Next Step Zoning Board of Adjustment Hearing.
