EAGA SP Residential

Through our Small Projects Residential division, the homeowner can rely on an experienced professional to assist in planning their home remodeling project before the first contractor walks through the door. This economical service provides for a full review of the planned home remodeling project and provides the homeowner with a check list of the what when and how for project. EAGA SP looks at the home remodeling project and guides the homeowner through the planning of the project.

The service yields:

· An estimate for the proposed home remodeling project cost.

· A schedule for the proposed home remodeling project.

· A written scope of work and order of completion for the proposed home remodeling project.

Armed with this information, the homeowner is well equipped to manage any contractor bidding on the home remodeling project and the project itself.

EAGA SP Commercial

Through our Small Projects Commercial division, the Property Owner can rely on experienced professional maintenance services to assist in maintaining their properties.

With qualified staff, EAGA SP Commercial will contract to make repairs and provide cleaning and maintenance services on as needed basis. As designers and construction managers EAGA SP is already familiar with building components and how they are maintained. In addition to general maintenance and cleaning, our commercial division is staffed by electricians, plumbers, tile setters, drywall finishers and painters for repairs requiring skill. Although this service is primarily designed for commercial use, residential homeowners, can utilize this service to make ceiling repairs after a leak, lay floor tile, upgrade electrical devices etc. We look forward to hearing from you and learning about your project needs.
