Project Description: Interior Alterations & 3rd Addition to convert an existing 2 1/2 story single family structure into a 3 story structure with 3-1 bedroom apartments. Each apartment features central air, hardwood floors, ceramic tile bathrooms, lighting and stainless steel appliances. The 2nd & 3rd floor apartments will also feature outdoor pressure treated decks. The project is being coordinated and managed by EAGA Company, LLc and is schedule for completion by February 1, 2012.
