Definition: Hype - hyped up - adjective - to promote or publicize extravagantly.. put on , deceive  "Merriam Webster"

Arguably the use of stainless steel appliances, pattern laden ceramic tiles, natural stone counter tops and high rising cabinetry  can add a since of style to a newly renovated home. It is even eluded to add value.

Until development spawns, low income communities suffer from blight and decay. The resultant factors reduce lending in the community to the indigence population, burdens the tax base which ultimately  affects schools and education.

Inner center city indigence populations, "Don't Believe the Hype" there is a viable and logical thought process to offsetting this superimposed aesthetic value and it starts with your own home.
