labor monitoring and project time tracking. We also assist with verifying and substantiating change orders.

On- site Representation

We provide on-site representation. You will receive written progress reports of scheduled site activity electronically.

We will pick up red marks and make accurate corrections to your drawings in the format of your choosing.

As-Built Conditions

We provide recording services of As-Built conditions for your approval. We provide immediate hand sketches of field conditions. Our drawings are complete with details suitable for reproduction onto your finished construction documents.

Drawings from Sketches

We take your sketches from napkins, pigskin or paper towels and convert them into usable base drawings for your future development.

New Building Drawing Development

We assist with the development of base drawings for your consultants's use. We can add

information received from your consultants. We have experience with schematic, design development and construction documentation of the architectural process.

General Service and Delivery Statement
