Often times, the budget is limited to the primary systems of the building and our clients objective is to create a comfortable and safe living environment for rental or resale. We provide design and build solutions that are adaptive and change the aesthetic appeal of the existing spaces and bring new life to a space without major reconstruction.

Our design-build process begins with conceptual sketches and preliminary pricing. During the schematic design stages decisions are made about the re-use approach that will be utilized, what will stay and what will go. Although every space is different, we look to employ an open floor plan design whenever possible that creates as sense of space and increases the spread of natural light. Our experience enables us to interrupt our client wishes, come up with quick design solutions and confirm project cost on the fly. As the final design decisions are made and the budget is finalized plans are completed for permitting.Time is of the essence on most construction projects.
There are long lead items to order, notes to pay and variety of other issues owners have to face during construction. An overall master schedule for the project is prepared to guide the project through the entire process. In the next few photos and post you can watch this project progress.
